Campfire Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 4–5 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 tbsp butter
- ½ cup milk (or heavy cream for extra richness)
- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Boil the potatoes:
